I have had several of my customers purchase La Lily bra and just love it! The only problem is they complain that the bra is extremely stiff when they first wear it. What should I tell my customers? Can you please advise me?

Answer:
You are correct La Lily is an awesome bra and our customers just love it! It is a great fit for our customers especially those ladies that are looking for a fuller, deeper cup and this is another great option for our hard to fit F and G customers. Yes! your customers are correct and the bra will fill stiff the first couple of times they wear it and that's because the bras that they originally tried on from your kit have been tried on and washed several times so the fabric has loosened up a bit. It will take a couple of days of wearing or washings to loosen up your bra! Don't worry, the stiffness will go away and your bra will be the most comfortable and most important piece of clothing in your wardrobe!

* Hint - offer your La Lily customers a bra extender and this will help during the "break in" process.

Question:
I am hosting a party this Sunday and have 2 ladies who have had mastectomies. They have asked if Essential Bodywear makes bras for ladies who have undergone a mastectomy. Can you please advise me?

Answer:
Yes! We absolutely can measure and fit cancer survivors in our bras! We have had great success in doing so because our product is seamless and molded and helps give women back their natural shape and contour. This can certainly be an issue for ladies who have had surgery, pre or post reconstruction or anyone having a lumpectomy as well. The unevenness in the breasts is eliminated and the bras really help naturalize your look in your wardrobe.

However, our products do not feature any pocket or area in the bra which to hold the prosthesis or inserts. Therefore they are not specifically made for cancer survivor's, per se, but we have had many women very happy with their appearance after they have tried on the product! It works and they look fantastic in the product!
