Packages and other promotions will be refunded in accordance with the discount originally received. Refunds will be processed by credit card. If you paid by check or cash, your Independent Essential Bodywear Representative is responsible for issuing the refund.
If you are not happy with your new bra purchase, simply contact your independent EBW Representative within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Please note that clearance items are final sale. However, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange for improper care, stains or damage. Please assist us in expediting your return or exchange by ensuring items sent back are within 30 days of the original ship date and items are unworn, in the state you received them, in their original packaging, and all original tags are on.
